This section presents the NIS Nuclear Profiles collection of  full-text documents concerning Russia's nuclear infrastructure and policies. The documents are from a variety of sources and have, in some cases, been reformatted for inclusion into the NIS Nuclear Profiles database. Most of the included material is from US or Russian government sources and is not subject to copyright restrictions. CNS has not edited these documents (apart from reformatting and correcting errors introduced during the data entry process) and is not responsible for the facts or opinions presented within these documents.
