Location: Yerevan Operator: Armenian Academy of Sciences Homepage: http://www.yerphi.am Activities: Founded in 1943, the Institute claims to have about 1400 employees, including 400 researchers and 550 engineers and technicians. The Institute has a 6GeV electron synchrotron, but most activities at the Institute have been suspended.
