
Location: Latitude 25° 54' North; longitude 54° 31' East; in the province of Hormozgan
Primary Function: Location of anti-ship missiles.
Description: Sirri Island is located in Hormozgan province, off the Persian Gulf coast. It is strategically located in the Strait of Hormuz' shipping lanes.
Seersucker missiles are deployed at Sirri Island and two other islands, Qeshm and Abu Musa. This is reportedly an anti-ship missile installation.
