Tŏkhyŏn-ku unidentified missile engine factory (德峴區 未確認 미사일 發動機 工場)

Location:
Tŏkhyŏn-nodongjagu (德峴勞動者區), Ŭiju-kun (義州郡), North P'yŏng'an Province (平安北道), North Korea

Subordinate to: Ministry of Metal and Machine-Building Industries (金屬機械工業省); or Second Economic Committee (第2經濟委員會), National Defense Commission (國防委員會)

Primary Function: Unknown, but possible production of missile engines

Description: According to an unidentified North Korean defector, a facility in "Tokhyŏn-ri" produces "high-speed aircraft engines and engines mounted on missiles." This indicates the facility might produce engines for cruise missiles.
