Erin Dumbacher

Erin D. Dumbacher is a senior program officer for the Scientific and Technical Affairs program. Since joining NTI in September 2017, she has worked to strengthen cybersecurity for nuclear weapons systems and facilities, to improve nuclear security globally through the NTI Nuclear Security Index, and to apply emerging technologies to non-proliferation challenges.

Deepika Choudhary joined the Nuclear Threat Initiative in May of 2020 and serves as a director on the Communications team. She is responsible for providing dedicated communications support and strategy to three of NTI’s program teams— Global Nuclear Policy, Materials Risk Management, and Science and Technical Affairs— while leading one of the organization’s public education campaigns.

He was executive vice president and COO of the United Nations Foundation (UNF) and was a partner in Hogan & Hartson, a Washington-based law firm.

Deborah G. Rosenblum

Deborah G. Rosenblum

As executive vice president, Deborah Rosenblum was part of NTI’s executive leadership team and helps oversee the organization’s operations, development and programs with an annual operating budget of $15-20 million. At NTI Rosenblum led the successful development of Connecting Organizations for Regional Disease Surveillance (CORDS) as an independent, self-sustaining global network of regional disease surveillance groups. Additionally, she leads NTI’s work on all security issues related to China, and leads NTI’s Middle Eastern partnerships.
