David Hamburg was President Emeritus of Carnegie Corporation of New York, after having been President from 1983-97. He passed away in April 2019.

Sylvia Mishra joined NTI’s Global Nuclear Policy Program as a Herbert Scoville Jr. Fellow in March 2018. At NTI, her research focuses on the Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty, South Asian security, and emerging and disruptive technologies.

Christopher Colletta joined NTI in Apri1 2021 and is now a consultant with NTI’s Global Nuclear Policy Program.

Andrew Bieniawski served as Vice President, Material Security and Minimization at the Nuclear Threat Initiative.

Martin Rioux-Lefebvre formerly served as a senior program officer for material security and minimization at the Nuclear Threat Initiative.

Dr. David Heymann is currently Chair of the Health Protection Agency UK, Head of the Centre on Global Health Security at Chatham House, London and Professor of Infectious Disease Epidemiology at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
