Steve Andreasen spent eight years at the U.S. National Security Council as a principal advisor on strategic policy, nuclear arms control and missile defense. During the George H.W. Bush and Reagan Administrations, Andreasen served in the U.S. State Department.

Tabitha Sanders joined NTI in June 2019 as communications associate, where she assists with social media engagement and public outreach.

Therese Murphy joined NTI in 2019 and currently serves as the Development Manager.

Mark Melamed serves as deputy vice president for NTI's Global Nuclear Policy Program. Prior to joining NTI in 2019, Melamed worked on arms control and security issues in various roles within the U.S. government.

Page Stoutland, NTI’s vice president for Scientific and Technical Affairs, joined the Nuclear Threat Initiative in 2010.

Michelle Nalabandian is currently on a 24-month assignment to the U.S. Department of Defense. Until her departure in September 2019, she served as program officer for Global Biological Policy and Programs.

Rachel Staley Grant is currently on an assignment to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Until her departure in January 2024, she served as deputy vice president on the Communications team.
