Greg Butchello joined the Nuclear Threat Initiative in 2020 as the executive assistant and conference coordinator for both Global Biological Policy & Programs and International Fuel Cycle Strategies.

Hayley Anne Severance is the deputy vice president for NTI's Global Biological Policy and Programs team (NTI | bio). In that role, she supports and leads the team's efforts to reduce biological risks that imperil humanity.

Ambassador Hamad Alkaabi is the Permanent Representative of the United Arab Emirates to the International Atomic Energy Agency and Special Representative for International Nuclear Cooperation.

Jaime Yassif serves as senior director and lead scientist for the NTI Global Biological Policy and Programs team (NTI | bio). She is currently leading several major biosecurity projects, with a particular focus on reducing global catastrophic biological risks.

General Habiger has more than 35 years of experience in national security and nuclear operations. In his role as commander in chief of the U.S. Strategic Command, General Habiger was responsible for all U.S. Air Force and U.S. Navy strategic nuclear forces.

Ioanna Iliopulos joined NTI as a senior consultant in February 2015 to support NTI’s Radiological Security Program. Iliopulos has more than 20 years of experience addressing issues and programs relating to National Security and Nonproliferation policy.
